This book, published by Research Synergy Press Book Publishing, is licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution Non-commercial Share Alike 4.0 International (CC BY-NC-SA 4.0) license. This license allows you to share, copy, distribute, and transmit this work for your own personal, non-commercial use, provided you provide appropriate attribution. Derivative works and modifications must use the same license.

Research Synergy Press Book Publishing offers a program called Local Knowledge Acquisition, which acquires books and audiovisual content that meet our publishing standards. Research Synergy Press Book Publishing's copyright is to disseminate and distribute all acquired content to the public.

As an author, you (or your employer or institution) may do the following:

  • Make copies (print or electronic) of the content for your own personal use, including for teaching use in your classroom;
  • Make copies and distribute those copies (including by email) of the article to your research colleagues, for their personal use (but not commercially or systematically, for example, through email lists or list servers);
